is it better to make your own regimin out of products that are best for you or buy a pre packaged one? for example i have really sensitive skin.
so i could go with a oil free acne wash(cleanser), alcohol free toner, and a oil free moisturizer. as oppose to the neutrogena advanced therapy solutions system.

1.) Why is it bad to dry out your skin? Aren’t you supposed to if you have acne to clear it up?
2.) Can you get acne from washing your face too much?

4.) I know Benzoyl Peroxide dries up your acne, but what does medicated or prescribed acne cream from the doctor do?

I have fairly sensitive skin and get blemishes pretty often. I have tried all kinds of things…Suggestions?
I have had problems with acne/breakouts since I was around 16 (21 now). I have tried several brands but have hesitated with buying some of the more expensive (even the ones at drug stores). My skin is very sensitve and sometimes I have noticed that even Clean and Clear or Clearasil will burn my face, mostly I have problems with the topical acne creams. It isn’t bad enough to go to the doctor over but I’m tired of struggling and wasting money by buying things that don’t work. I thought about Proactiv but it’s pretty expensive. I have seen something called Acne Free but I am worried that it will burn my skin…Does anyone have any suggestions of products they have had success with (preferably inexspensive)?

Which would work better to cover acne+scars? Covergirl Trublend or L’Oreal True Match? ?
There have been both good and bad reviews about both.
I don’t have the time to go out and buy some fancy expensive one, so i am going for a drugstore based one. No Bare Minerals please. I don’t know how to put it on, nor do i have the money to spend on it.
So which would provide better coverage, with a loose powder over top?
Even if i have to apply it once or twice during the night, if it gives me coverage, i don’t care.
I am going to a wedding, and there will be lots of pictures. that is why i am asking.
