I have what looks like white freckles on my arms….?
There are small white dots all over my arms. Does anyone know what the cause of these are? I tan alot so is it some byproduct of the sun, or a disease? Also I used to pop the pimples I got on my arms, could it be scars from that? Thankyou (:

it is pretty much like freckles but un pigmented
they can be a mixture of sun damage and scars
