oh my, i read that first girl’s answer, please don’t think about tetracycline or minocycline, it totally ruined my life. my face wasn’t that bad but i took it anyway, and i think i became dependent on it. i got off it and my face looks HORRIBLE. more horrible than it ever would have looked naturally on it’s own.

it can help heal other cuts and wounds.. there is a special formula from new zeland that is very effective, I’m not sure it will help heal pimples though…

white toothpaste does dry out the pimples overnight though! you might want to try that.

Ice down the acne before bed, by morning it should be noticeably less swollen. Works best on larger pimples that have not yet formed a head.

pimples around my tattoo?
i got a tattoo a week ago and i have pimples around it. i stopped using a&d ointment threes days later and switched to lotion. i thought the lotion was causing them cause it wasn’t a very good lotion so friday i bought aveeno and have been using that and i am still getting them. is it just dirt trapped in my skin or the lotion clogging my pores or ingrown hairs from the shaving it or do i have an infection? i had two in my tattoo that seem to be gone now and now i have one in it and five around it. they aren’t big or red they are pink and have little white heads.
