Why do I get painful pimples on my legs if I don’t shave often?

If I don’t shave my legs within a week, I get lots of inflamed, painful, and large pimples. When I do shave, the inflamation goes down quickly and they heal within a day. Any ideas what’s going on and how I can avoid it? This has been happening for over five years, so I don’t think it has anything to do with a reaction to soap, lotions, laundry detergents, climate, etc.

Is a tinted moisturizer good on oily, acne prone skin? Will it cause pimples?

I’m fourteen and I don’t want to use a foundation because I’ll break out, I just want an even skin tone. I’m sticking with a tinted moisturizer until I get bare minerals, will it cause pimples?

Look for something that says “non-comedogenic” or “wont clog pores” If it does not say either of those, then watch out Try neutrogena they are usually good.

there not like regular pimples…its bigger then usuall….it doesnt have a head but when i squeese it just alittle clear pus comes out and it hurts alot

I used to always get them, and I would make them sooo much worse by messing with them and trying to pop them. They’d get even bigger and redder, and if i succeded in really popping them they’d stay on my face for weeks. I have scars from some of them.

I try to stay away from fast food, but i have an urge to eat it for lunch every day, and I figured that this bad food, is causing my acne.
