How to Clear Your Acne: How to Properly Pop a Pimple the RIGHT way
why does my zit/pimple hurt when I push on it?
this is the 2ed on like this why dos it hurt?? i wanna pop it but i dont want to mess up my face and make it work worse…whats going on??
should I pop it?
it is inflammed and probably has alot of pressure in there and that causes it to hurt..wash your face morning and night..you can use preparation h for the redness and pain or toothpaste at night be for you go to bed and sleep with it on..or put a little alcohol on it to dry it out..and you can also take tylenol or advil for the pain..
you can pop it if you want to..i always pop mine..but it can make it worse or tear your face up..
to try not to cause damage/scarring you can wash your hands..put a hot wash cloth on it for a few minutes then gently sqeeze it with your fingers (not your finger nails) ..position your fingers a little around the outside of it..not right on it..and try to get under it as much as you can..make sure you wash it well after
but i would try the other stuff for tonight and pop it tomorrow if the other stuff doesnt work..
and you should wash your face morning and night everyday regardless..

Why Does It Have to Hurt $10 “no description” |

The Hurt $12.11 Does a fine job of clarifying what happens when feelings are stuffed and not dealt with directly. — Children's Literature Review Program, Viterbo College When a friend calls Justin a name, Justin begins to harbor a hurt — like a big round stone, all cold and hard. It grows as Justin keeps his feelings to himself and disappears only after he talks to his dad. Only then can he let go of the hurt. |
Why Does Pimples Hurt
I want to be honest with you. I love sleeping late at night, and really, I can only sleep for 4 to 5 hours at night. This habit, apparently, only leads my skin into trouble. There is not much to say, since I got my acne, this habit only worsen my acne condition. I should stop this habit immediately. But, I couldn’t. It’s my habit, and I cannot change it in a short time.
Well, I want to cure my acne after all. There are too many problem arises in my social life since I got acne in the first time. But, is there anything I can do to change my sleeping habit? After pondering over this situation, suddenly there is a flash of solution in my head. To give my body the proper sleep duration required, I just need to take a nap at noon. This wouldn’t hurt me at all. After all, I desperately need rest!
Okay, then I got information that we should have at least 8 to 9 hours sleep time every day. In my case, I only have 4 to 5 hours sleep time at night. So, I need to add at least 4 hours sleep time, and I plan to do it at noon. I’m a free person. I mean I don’t have a 9 to 5 job, so I definitely can do it.
So, then I started to implement this method, my own idea. And the result… I love it! I feel more energized, refreshed, and full of stamina. Well, I hope I can have more sleep time in the night, but for now I just need to take a nap to compensate my lack of sleep. So, I just keep it going until a week and then two weeks. I notice some positive improvements in my skin. The majority of my acne gone and small pimples disappear in very short time.
I will also share with you that with this sleep schedule, I feel more relaxed and energized. I have less stress and I don’t have any depression. If I compare my old sleep habit with this new habit, I notice very good improvements in my skin. Although I need a week or two weeks to see this improvement, I’m still grateful about this accomplishment.
How could my acne gone in very short time after I changed my sleep pattern? Definitely, it’s because I have very relaxed mind and less stress. I know that stress is what makes my acne persist, so when I have less stress, I have less acne. Isn’t that makes sense to you?
I know that I should give more sleep time in the night, but that’s another story. Meanwhile, you can check out my website if you want to know my story about Acne No More.
