red dots after waxing kind of like pimples?
I just waxed my upper half of my legs for the first time about a week ago and i get these red dots alllll over my legs. i put baby powder after I finished waxing and put it for 2 days after but it still hasnt gone away for a week. I mean like it is less then before now but there are still some red dots. does anyone know how I can wax and have legs without the dots?
Try this lotion called coochie, its supposed to rid those red dots. Use it for about a week, wax, and then apply it after you wax.

Pimples After Waxing
Both men and women face the same problem of sometimes having facial hair they would rather not have and therefore it is no wonder that a lot of money is spent within the beauty industry each year to ensure that there are diverse ways of getting rid of unwanted facial hair.
It appears society would first of all notice a woman who has facial hair before a man. And the reason is not far- fetched – a man may not want facial hair, but you would not really know unless the man told you because facial hair is largely associated with the male gender.
However in the woman’s case, she only has to have two strands of hair sticking out of her chin and before long she would either have someone telling her about how to remove the hair or passing one remark or the other. Trust me, I’ve been there!
What I am trying to say here is that we live in a society where women bear the stigma of having facial hair and therefore in order to avoid the looks, stares and negative remarks, every effort is made to ensure that their faces are as smooth as possible. And on a positive note, apart from this, a woman wants to look and feel good all the time and eliminating unwanted facial hair is one of the ways.
There are loads of ways of getting rid of facial hair and one of the most popular ones is waxing.
Waxing can be done at home or at the salon, people have a choice these days whether to do it themselves or having a professional do it.There are lots of waxing home kits available these days and therefore some women and men prefer to remove the hairs themselves.
Waxing can be done with a cold or warm strip depending on the area of the body that is being waxed. For facial hair on the chin, face or upper lip, it is normally recommended that warm wax is applied. The wax is normally warmed up and then a stick used to transfer the wax unto a strip. It is always best to check the temperature of the wax and never assume that it is hot, warm or cold enough.
Waxing of facial hair usually involves having to put a warm strip over the patch of hair and removing it very quickly. The strip would normally bring up an amount of the hair in the process.
If you are waxing for the first time, it may be much better to pay a visit to the salon and have it done professionally and ask any questions you may want to ask. when you are waxing at home it is also very important to read the instructions carefully and try the wax on a very small part of your arm first before you embark on the key areas. This is a way of finding out whether the wax agrees with you or not.
The importance of trying a bit of the wax first cannot be over emphasized here because there are people who have been known to have rashes as a result of waxing. Sometimes, this may not be as a result of a particular brand or type of wax product used, it is just that the person is not susceptible to waxing.
Another thing to note when waxing is that it could be painful. Pain comes in different waves depending on the type of pain threshold you have. Some people cannot bear pain at all, these people would be better off trying a different method of getting rid of their unwanted facial hair. Sometimes waxing is known to leave redness after but it would be gone after a short while so no need to panic.
After waxing, one may not need to wax again for the next two to three weeks depending on the thickness of one’s facial hair.
Both men and women can benefit from this type of facial hair removal method.
