Acne Scares Pimples

I have acne all over my arms . what should I do?

My arms are covered with pimples & scares from my popping the pimples.I’ve had acne on my arms for years….Any Idea what I can use on my arms ??

Cut out all fried food and sugars from your diet. Try to drink only water, and lots of it. Twice a day, take a glass of water and add two tablespoons of apple cider vineger in it and drink that. Its alkaline, it will balance out the ph balance in your body. Fried foods and sugars are acidic, the opposite of alkaline. Start taking fish oil daily, it will help keep your skin healthy and it has also been proven to reduce stress. Acne that is on the face can be caused by many things like Rosacea, Demodex Mites, Stress, Food/Sugars, Weather, and Hormones. But in most cases its stress and food. Some dermatologists have said that food and sugar doesnt cause it, but they are wrong. Its easy for them to say that, since they can sleep at night knowing that your acne isnt going to kill you. If they told people that cutting down on sugar and alkalizing their bodies would get rid of acne, they would be out of a job. Nobody would need to see dermatologists or return to get their prescriptions renewed. Proactive and companies like them would be out on the street and homeless if people knew the real deal. The main ingredient in proactive is sulfur, which alkalizes the skin from the outside. Thats why it works on some people and doesnt on others. The people it does work for are the ones who have acne caused by acidic foods in their bodies. So it keeps the outside alkaline, but when you stop, the acne returns because the acidic foods are still going into the body. They are geniuses for inventing that and thats why they are billionaires. Dont believe them. Food and Sugar does cause acne in most people. Not all people, but probably about 75% of people. Try to eat more raw foods, not processed and fried foods. More natural foods. Stress is a big one too.

The person who said that it might be KP is also correct. If its not acne, its a possibility that thats what it is. You should look at some pictures of KP in google images and see if thats what you have, and come back and choose that person as best answer if thats correct since they mentioned that first.

DS Laboratories Trioxil Anti-Acne Gel DS Laboratories Trioxil Anti-Acne Gel

"Trioxil (bisazulene gel) 14% is a totally new innovation in acne treatment. Trioxil (bisazulene gel) 14% is a new powerful anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory compound that is at the same time soothing and calming on the skin - a moisturizer is not needed. Stronger anti-bacterial activity against P. Acnes then Benzoyl Peroxide. Most people see a significant improvement in acne and over-all condition of the skin in just 2 weeks of use. Encapsulated in nanonsomes - tiny microspheres penetrate into the deepest layers of the skin to release the active ingredients over a 12 hour period. Bisazulene is a new compound that is unlike anything else you have tried before. Trioxil (bisazulene gel) 14% is a modified form of naturally occurring compound found in chamomile flowers and encapsulated in nanosomes. The pharmacological activity of this compound has been shown in clinical studies to be antibacterial, antimicrobial, fungicidal and at the same time anti-inflammatory. If you have tried other acne medications containing benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and tretinoin that did not work for you then Trioxil may be a solution for your acne - it is a totally new innovation and a remarkable breakthrough in acne treatment. While other acne medications containing bezoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or tretinoin have strong antimicrobial activity on Propionibacterium Acnes, these medications cause severe over-drying and irritation of the skin. This causes the body to respond by producing even more oil to combat dryness thereby starting a vicious never ending cycle. Trioxil is the only acne medication that has antimicrobial activity against Propionibacterium Acnes bacteria while at the same time deeply calming and soothing the skin. In fact, the bisazulene compound (a very strong antimicrobial and antibacterial) is actually derived from chamomile flowers which have soothing and calming properties. Thus Trioxil treats both of the underlying causes - the bacteria involved in acne pathogenesis and the inflammatory response of acne. Net Weight: 20 g Other ingredients: Extracts of Ginseng, Hamamelis, Wheat-germ Nanosomes, Barley-germ Nanosomes, Arnica Nanosomes, deionised water, yeast and horse chestnut, D-Panthenol, Alpha Bisabolol, Tea Tree Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Polysorbate 80, Triethananolamine, Carbomer, and Methyl Paraben. Get ready for perfect skin: Trioxil (bisazulene gel) 14% is indicated for mild to moderate facial acne vulgaris and requires just one application per day. You should apply a thin layer (more is not better) over the entire facial area after washing gently with a high quality cleanser. Apply one pea-sized dose to cover your entire face, avoiding the more sensitive areas around your eyes, nose and corners of the mouth. Don't spot treat by putting more Trioxil directly on the pimples. This won't clear them up faster. Dab it on your forehead, chin and both cheeks. Spread evenly over your entire face."

Acne Scares Pimples

Acne, pimples, zits and skin blemishes – all of these terms describe a condition that impacts millions of teenagers and adults each year. Regardless of what term you use to describe it, none of them indicate healthy and clear skin. Even when the blemish disappears, there is the risk of developing acne scarring. And any scar can impact the appearance of your skin, self-esteem and how others perceive you. So how can you prevent acne scars from face pimples?

What is a Scar?

Before understanding how acne scarring begins, you have to learn how a scar develops. Any wound or injury has the potential to develop into a scar. Superficial wounds cause a minimal break in the surface of the skin, and are least likely to leave permanent marks. As a wounds penetrate deeper into the surface of the skin, the chances of improper healing increase.

Pimples are the result of inflammation that can lie deep within the skin. And the more severe the breakout or pimple, the deeper the lesion penetrates into the surface. For example, a whitehead usually causes mild to moderate irritation, while cysts result in severe swelling, redness and contain more bacteria – and has the potential to destroy more healthy tissue.

Post Inflammatory Pigmentation

In many cases, acne scarring is mistaken for post-inflammatory pigmentation or PIH – which is not a scar. The primary symptom of this condition is redness or mild discoloration at the location of the blemish. Eventually this change in pigmentation will resolve on its own – but may take up to a year before it fully disappears. If the discoloration is bothersome, schedule an appointment with a dermatologist to discuss treatments that will decrease the fading time.

Acne Scar PreventionOne of the most important steps you can take to decrease the probability of developing acne scars from is to avoid popping face pimples and picking scabs. Either one of these things can reopen the wound, cause it to deepen, damage healthy skin, introduce bacteria and increases the risk of infection.

Preventing breakouts is the best way to prevent acne scars from ever developing. If over the counter treatments leave blemishes behind, consider scheduling an appointment with a dermatologist. Depending on your condition, oral and topical treatments may be recommended – and options for acne scar removal can be discussed.
